Star Wars Books has announced an all new post-ROTJ novel by celebrated author Troy Denning. Yes EU fans, Star Wars will be continuing past Crucible. Troy will be working closely with Michael Arndt who is finishing up the last draft on the script for Star Wars Episode VII. The new novel will be tying in closely to the events of the film, and ushering in a whole new era of Star Wars. Here’s a first look at the cover and an exclusive blurb from the upcoming hardcover.

What happens when the Mandalorians take a lucrative deal on the edge of Chiss space? A Killik ambush. Now with Killik-Mandalorian hybrids attacking the Core worlds, can the Jedi survive this unbeatable threat? With the big three out of commission, there’s only one hope left for the galaxy…Boba Fett!

Killik Harvest has been set for a tentative release date of April 2014.
