StarWars.com interviewed Ryder Windham and Pete Vilmur, the authors of Star Wars: The Complete Vader. The interview also includes a link to a 7 page preview of some of the gorgeous artwork and pictures included in the book. The interview covers where the idea came from and how it got started, their favorite images and memorabilia, and more. You can read the full interview here.
The Complete Vader comes out October 18. It’s a massive hardcover and although it’s listed at just 192 pages, the book is bigger than most World War II encyclopedias with lots of colorful images and art, plus interactive flaps and fold outs. The book itself chronicles everything Vader: the films, the merchandise, promotional events, and more. It gives a thoroughly enjoyable look at the history of the Dark Lord and everyone whose played a part in his mythos. This is one Star Wars history book that’s worth getting or a must have for your holiday wishlist. We’ll have our own review up shortly, so stay tuned.
