Paul S. Kemp posted on his website today a reminder that his upcoming book Star Wars: Riptide will be out in just  few weeks along with his new short story “A Fair Trade” in the next edition of Star Wars Insider. And for those Star Wars fans who haven’t pre-ordered Riptide yet, Paul is offering to mail signed copies of the novel for just $11 dollars to any fans who are interested (international fans will have to pay $6 for the novel and whatever the international shipping amounts to). This is a great opportunity to get a signed novel so don’t miss out. You can check out the full details here.

Star Wars Books has also updated their Facebook page with a few details concerning upcoming releases. First off they revealed that an early copy of the Star Wars: Millennium Falcon Owner’s Workshop Manual will be on hand at the Del Rey Star Wars booth at the New York City Comic Con for fans to look at. NYCC takes place October 13-16 at the Javits Convention Center in New York, NY. Star Wars Books also stated that we’ll be seeing some online preview shots of interior pages soon.

They also shared the news that the manuscript for Troy Denning’s Fate of the Jedi: Apocalypse is in. With this news comes the possibility of some future excerpts in the very near future. It’s a long wait till April, so enjoy the announcement and eager anticipation.
