  • Attractions Magazine has an interview with the authors of the Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge – The Official Black Spire Outpost Cookbook.

  • StarWars.com has a preview for Return to Vader’s Castle #1.

Convention & Event News

  • New York Comic Con is October 3 to 6 in New York, NY. Star Wars guests include James Arnold Taylor, Mark Brooks, Ken Lashley, Charles Soule, and Billy Dee Williams.
  • Authors Kevin Hearne and Chuck Wendig will be in Doylestown, PA on October 7th at 7:00 PM for a book signing at Doylestown Bookshop.
  • Author Kevin Hearne will be in Richmond, VA on October 8th at 6:00 PM for a book signing at Fountain Books.
  • Author Kevin Hearne will be in Charlotte, NC on October 9th at 7:00 PM for a book signing at Park Road Books.
  • Author Kevin Hearne will be in Orlando, FL on October 10th at 7:00 PM for a book signing at Barnes & Noble (Colonial Drive).
  • Disney’s Star Wars Day at Sea will be returning in 2020.

Fandom News

  • Jamie Stangroom has posted the documentary The Empire Strikes Door on YouTube if you want to give it a watch. Jamie was on the latest episode of The Star Wars Report talking about the documentary and how it came about.

  • Good Morning America spotlighted the upcoming attraction Rise of the Resistance.

  • Disney Parks also posted a video of some Star Wars comic creators at Galaxy’s Edge. It’s short but kind of neat.

  • Fantha Tracks did an interview with Corey Dee Williams.

  • New episode of Star Wars Rollout.

  • Galactic Builders paid a visit to Hasbro to check out the new D-O toy.

  • And here’s the latest episode of The Star Wars Show.

Movie & Television News

  • If you want something creepy, there’s Wounds which will be out October 18th.

  • No US release date yet on this one but it’s a solid contender if it hits Netflix. Here’s The Shed.

  • Fractured will be heading to Netflix in October and looks like it may be worth a watch.

  • And here’s a trailer for the Breaking Bad movie El Camino which will hit Netflix on October 11th.

Toy & Collectible News

  • New trailer for Jedi: Fallen Order.
