Adolescence After Alderaan: Episode 34 is hosted by Caroline and Meg as they talk about the legends novel Assault on Selonia. They talk about how the book compares to the first in the trilogy, they go over what happens in the book, the awkward romance subplots, the middle school relationships, telling not showing issues, Thracken being identical to Han, no one caring about the children, the quirks of the Solo children, the soap opera and silly aspects of the story (which is pretty funny), and their fun take on Mon Mothma and the murder ghouls. Great episode. I really enjoyed it. They made me laugh which is always a good thing as sometimes you can get bogged down in serious podcasts and you just find yourself needing some humor. This was my first time listening to this podcast and they made a good impression. I’ll definitely check out more.

Good discussion. Nothing really spoilery here as its mostly wild rumor and speculation. I just discovered the Lords of the Sith Podcast last week and it enjoyed it so much that I went and binged all their episodes. There are three hosts which rotate a bit, and generally they have great audio quality and very high quality discussions. They are Reylo shippers, but they have some very intelligent conversations on the subject that really intrigue me. If you haven’t listened to the podcast, I highly recommend them. I got hooked on episode 13, but 11 and 12 are really good places to dive in as well as they dig into the psychology of the characters and the idea of Kylo as the protagonist of the story. I’ll touch on those more below.
