  • Jedi Academy 3: The Phantom Bully by Jeffrey Brown is now out. Jeff has a preview on his site.
  • The Del Rey 2015 Star Wars Sampler is now available for free as a digital download from various online retailers, including Amazon.
  • Star Wars: The Essential Atlas online appendix has received and update. It’s now up to 5,085 systems.
  • Kevin Hearne is running a deal over on his store. Use the promo code FIFTY for 50% off the signed hardcover of Shattered.
  • Christie Golden has opened a new online book store.

Comic News

  • PREVIEWSworld has a synopsis for Marvel’s upcoming series Star Wars: Shattered Empire.
  • They also have a preview for Star Wars #7.
  • Comic Book Resources has a preview of Star Wars: Lando #1.
  • Marvel has an interview with artist Stuart Immonen who will be taking over the Star Wars series beginning with issue #8. It includes some previews of the artwork.
  • Mile High Comics is showing off their variant Star Wars comic covers with lots of news ones to check out (thanks to Jedi News for spotting this one).
  • Jedi-Biliothek has a look at some variant covers for Star Wars #7.
  • For fans in Brazil, you can now look forward to some new Star Wars comics from Editora Abril.
  • John Ostrander is part of a Kickstarter for the comic Kros: Hallowed Ground.
  • Tom Taylor will be doing the new Wolverine series for Marvel featuring a female Wolverine which will be coming out in October.
  • John Jackson Miller has some new notes on Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic that you can check out on his site Faraway Press.

  • Creed now has a trailer. This is set in the Rocky franchise and follows Apollo Creed’s son who gets some mentoring from Rocky. The movie will be out November 25th.
  • FirstShowing.Net has a look at the EW photos for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.

Toy & Collectible News

  • The SDCC exclusive First Order Trooper will get a nice little bonus book featuring artwork by Chris Trevas and Chris Reiff.
  • Sideshow Collectible’s sixth scale Jawas are now up for pre-order, and it’s a two pack.
  • To go along with the Jawas, they’re also offering a C-3PO and R2-D2 two pack.

Video Game News

  • Visceral will be making a Star Wars game “in the style of Unchartedaccording to IGN.
