Tosche Station has posted their day two and three coverage of Origins which includes some cool stuff from the authors. In their day three coverage, Aaron Allston mentioned what projects he’s currently working on (a humorous vampire novel titled Growing Up Dead, a sci-fi anthology Five By, a short story for another upcoming anthology that’ll be out next year, and plans for a third Doc Sidhe novel Lady of Pain). He’s hoping to get a contract for another Star Wars novel, however nothing has been settled yet (be sure to drop by Del Rey’s Star Wars Books Facebook page and let them know you want more Allston).

Tosche Station also mentioned this: “Allston, Zahn, and Stackpole are pitching a triptych to Del Rey based on a conversation they had at Origins.” The return of Stackpole? We can only hope.

You can catch the day two coverage here which includes a lot from Zahn and some more from Allston. One thing I found interesting was that Zahn’s son helped him with the continuity research for Scoundrels. Zahn also emphasized that he doesn’t have any Star Wars novels planned after Scoundrels. If you want more Zahn novels, make sure to let Del Rey know.

UPDATE: And now they have day four coverage up. Biggest news nestled within is that Michael A. Stackpole has a World of Warcraft novel lined up for this year. For Michael A. Stackpole coverage at Origins, check out io9.
