  • Jedi Bibliothek and Jedi News spotted some Amazon listings for The Art of Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens. Both listings have it as a hardcover with a November 2 release from Abrams Books.
  • TheForce.Net has an interview with Sabine My Rebel Sketchbook illustrator Annie Stoll.
  • I hadn’t noticed this, but Club Jade brought it up this week that upcoming Star Wars paperbacks will be getting a new premium size starting with A New Dawn. That’s sure to tick off some collectors and their bookcases.

Newly announced today: Kathleen Kennedy and J.J. Abrams will be at Star Wars Celebration Anaheim for a Thursday morning kick off on April 16th. They’ve also revealed previews of all the art prints by the featured artists which you can check out here. Plus there’s some new collecting panels. I have to admit, I’m tempted to check out the one on Ewok collectibles.

  • According to comicbook.com, Princess Leia #1 has sold over 200,000 copies in pre-orders and there is still another month before it comes out. And if you follow that link, toward the bottom you’ll find an interview with the Star Wars Marvel editor Jordan D. White who teases the series that will be following Leia.

The series after Leia, which I can’t talk about at all, has a very distinct feel, and a different tone from the other books.
